Marketing & Lead Management
Know what a new patient asked before they sit down.
A lead comes in from your website or an advert. It lands in a separate lead system. Someone copies the details into your PMS, or you pay for a tool to sync the two. Either way, the conversation you had with that person stays behind in the lead system, and the team in the practice never sees it.
In Joyful, the lead is the patient. The enquiry, every message and the first booking sit on one record, from the first click to the finished treatment.

How it works
01
Stop retyping enquiries into your PMS
Each enquiry creates the patient record, with the source attached.
When someone fills in your website form or messages you from an advert, Joyful creates their patient record straight away, with the source attached. Nobody retypes their details and nothing needs syncing overnight.
- The form creates the patient record with their details already filled in.
- The advert or page they came from stays on their record.
- There’s no sync tool in the middle to break.
02
Meet new patients already knowing what they asked
Every message from the first enquiry sits in the patient’s thread.
Every message from the first enquiry onwards sits in the patient’s thread. When they arrive for their first visit, reception and the dentist can read what they asked about and what they were told.
- Questions about price, nerves or treatment options are there for the dentist to read before the visit.
- Patients only have to explain things once.

03
Follow up every lead without a spreadsheet
Each lead moves through four stages, and each stage has an owner.
Leads move through four stages: enquired, booked, treatment accepted and treated. Each stage updates on its own when something happens in the record, so you don’t move leads along by hand. Reception works leads from the same list they use for everything else.
- Booked means there is a real time in the book.
- Treatment accepted means the patient accepted their treatment plan.
- The manager sees the same list as a campaign view, so you can tell which advert paid for itself.
