If you run a mixed list, you pay the two-system tax every day. The NHS side sits in one login, the private book in another, and the same patient is split across both.
We’re building NHS contracts, performers and a claims queue into the record you use for private patients, so each patient has one file however their care is funded. These NHS features aren’t live yet.

What’s coming
NHS work joins the private book on one record, in three parts.
Every patient keeps one record. An NHS number never creates a second file.
You set up contracts and performers in admin, and the rest of the day runs as normal.
Claims move through a clear queue: draft, ready, keyed, accepted or sent back. Full FP17 filing comes later.
