   Reminders go out a week, two days and one day before.

   Each reminder shows the date, time, clinician and practice name, so patients know which appointment it is. They confirm with one tap on the link. Joyful queues every message for sociable hours, so nobody gets a text at 3am.

   • One tap on the link confirms the appointment.
   • A “yes” reply still lands in the inbox as a normal message.
   • If you offer a starter plan and the patient isn’t on it, the reminder includes a link to join.

   Reminders are included, with no charge per message.

   You aren’t charged per message, so a busy week doesn’t come with a bigger bill. The text charges your current system adds are one more cost Joyful takes away.
