Patient records are some of the most sensitive data your practice holds. In Joyful, records lock, consent stays on the file, and you can always see who changed what.

• Staff stay signed in on a device for up to 30 days. The screen locks after two hours without use, and a PIN opens it. Two wrong PINs and they sign in again.
• Clinical notes follow Dental Protection guidance, SOPs and procedures, and lock with the clinician’s PIN.
• Every change to a locked record keeps a reason and the original wording.
• Consent happens in two steps, and the wording a patient signed never changes.
• Each person only sees what their role needs.
• Card and Direct Debit payments go through Stripe.
