Your book doesn’t know who’s a member, because the plan lives in another login. Member prices are typed by hand, and sooner or later someone gets one wrong.
In Joyful, your plan runs inside the same record as everything else. Each patient’s monthly price comes from the visits they agreed, every screen uses the same sum, and the book always knows who’s a member.

Your plan shows up in every visit, so there’s no separate system to check.
Patients pay a monthly Direct Debit priced from their own visits. Exams and hygiene are included, and other treatment costs members less.
New patients can start on a flat starter plan until their routine is set.
Families sit on one payer with one Direct Debit.
Patients join from their phone through Stripe, so their bank details stay with Stripe. There’s a 14 day cooling off period.
Included visits are tracked against the plan year, and plan money stays separate from treatment money.
Patients book themselves from the same times your team sees.
